Chef Owner, Miri Arai, is a graduate of the International
School of the Sacred Heart and a local of the Azabu neighborhood. With degress from
the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde
Park, NY and Wellesley College in Massachusetts, she
brings her training and experiences in America to share good eats with the international community in Tokyo.
